Returns: To request a return, email hello@valeryvain.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will send you the warehouse return address. Items should be unworn, unused, with all original garment tags attached and carefully packed. Please keep the original Valery Vain polybag with the EAN/barcode label and return it with the garment whenever reasonably possible, as it is important for warehouse processing and resale.
