Items should be unworn, unused, with all original garment tags attached and carefully packed. Please keep the original Valery Vain polybag with the EAN/barcode label and return it with the garment whenever reasonably possible, as it is important for warehouse processing and resale. Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued automatically to the original payment method within 5 business days.
