We will send you the warehouse return address. After notifying us, you have 14 days to send the item back. You may carefully try on the garment as you would in a physical store. Please return it in its original condition and carefully packed. Please keep and return the original Valery Vain polybag with the EAN/barcode label whenever reasonably possible, as this is important for warehouse processing and resale. Once received and inspected, we aim to process approved refunds to the original payment method within 5 business days, without affecting your statutory rights.
