Returns: If you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of receiving it by emailing hello@valeryvain.com or using the online withdrawal function on our website. We will send you the warehouse return address. After notifying us, you have 14 days to send the item back. You may carefully try on the garment as you would in a physical store. Please return it in its original condition and carefully packed.
